| Requirements and Responsibilities For Banking Direct Sales Representative |
| Responsible for sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Follows up on leads and refers customers to appropriate source. Maintains detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Ensures all transactions are in compliance with bank policies and applicable banking regulations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
