Requirements and Responsibilities For Billing Clerk II
Performs various clerical activities in the billing department, including data entry, information verification and bill generation. Runs reports for management and conducts research to aid in the investigation of billing discrepancies and errors. May be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding bills. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
