| Requirements and Responsibilities For Biopharma Process Engineer II |
| Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing biopharma processes. Conducts process simulations, modeling, and scale-up studies to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. Evaluates processes to enhance yield, productivity, and product quality. Troubleshoots process-related issues and provides timely solutions. Identifies process bottlenecks, performs root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions to improve process performance. Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations and align with industry best practices. Stays current on emerging technologies and trends within the biopharma industry. Requires a bachelor's degree in biological/chemical engineering or a related field. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
