Requirements and Responsibilities For Board Administrator
Coordinates and administers activities related to the Board of Directors and related committees of an organization. Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and communicating with board members regarding related activities. Works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
