Requirements and Responsibilities For Chief Student Affairs Officer |
Develops strategies and policies that support student services and student life programs. Assures access protocols and services in support of student counseling, conduct, career development and placement, student housing, student organizations, student activities, residence life and related services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top executive officer. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. |
