Requirements and Responsibilities For Contact Center Representative III
Makes and receives calls primarily focused on selling and promoting products or services. Responds to customer inquiries using standard scripts, dialogues, or talking points. Processes routine requests for information or services and transfers complex requests to support teams. Obtains new orders and closes pending sales for products or services. Identifies opportunities to upsell additional products and tracks prospect interactions in the system. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
