| Requirements and Responsibilities For Digital Production Manager |
| Manages a team of digital producers that focus on expanding website functionality and enhancing the organization's digital presence. Guides producers in scoping and managing digital production projects. Prioritizes the use of available resources and ensures that producers complete projects on schedule and within budget. Establishes and implements processes and technical standards for managing web development projects. Ensures that digital production projects support the organization's overall business strategy. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
