Requirements and Responsibilities For Employee Trust Administrator |
Administers employee benefit trust accounts. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Provides customers with objective financial advice and explains the details of their benefit trust plan. Assists with plan design and benefit distribution when necessary. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. |
