| Requirements and Responsibilities For Energy Origination Director |
| Directs and oversees the team responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Identifies new opportunities in the energy sector by analyzing industry trends and competitor activity. Drives business growth and revenue by developing a strong pipeline of new energy business opportunities. Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
