Requirements and Responsibilities For Fixed Income Analyst II
Responsible for conducting analysis on debt or fixed income securities to make recommendations regarding investment strategy. Researches current news and trends in the financial markets, evaluates debt and fixed income securities, creates financial models, and prepares reports. Stays current on industry trends to identify future investments and potential risks. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires passing the FINRA SIE and Series 86 and 87 exams. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
