| Requirements and Responsibilities For Hazardous Waste Technician IV |
| Implements procedures for collecting and disposing hazardous or contaminated materials per governmental regulations. Follows standard operating procedures (SOP) to safely handle and process hazardous materials. Assists with inspections, audits, and training. Responds to accidents and incidents. Logs activities in appropriate systems. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. |
