| Requirements and Responsibilities For Inside Sales Support Specialist II |
| Assists with remote sales development calls and processes for a territory or portfolio of customers. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Initiates customer calls to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Provides product information to meet customers' needs, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Completes routine support tasks to process renewals or sales. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
