| Requirements and Responsibilities For Land Support Agent II |
| Responsible for reviewing, interpreting, analyzing, and preparing legal documents related to land transactions. Prepares lease paperwork, maintains records of land use and land activity, and performs other support assignments, as necessary. Has thorough knowledge of land contracts and applicable regulations. May serve as a liaison between land administrators and the legal department. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
