Requirements and Responsibilities For Licensing Specialist
Maintains records, compiles information, and submits forms in order to keep bank and/or investment agents licensed. Coordinates with applicants, state agencies, and the corporate licensing department to ensure timely and efficient license acquisition and renewal. Ensures compliance with organization policies and government regulations. Maintains an accurate, complete database or set of records to track the status of agents, applications, renewals, and forms. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
