Requirements and Responsibilities For Mortgage Collector III
Contacts clients to remedy delinquency or non-payments. Determines appropriate collection alternatives to settle shortfalls. Negotiates any contract changes. Documents all collection activities and delinquent accounts in compliance with policies and procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
