| Requirements and Responsibilities For Product Quality Systems Analyst V |
| Analyzes and improves an organization's product quality assurance processes, systems, and controls. Evaluates production data, quality metrics, defect trends, and process capability results to optimize quality assurance processes. Develops process documentation, control plans, and standard operating procedures to promote consistency and reduce variability. Communicates with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements and monitor effectiveness. Prepares reports and dashboards to communicate product quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience. |
