| Requirements and Responsibilities For Project Engineering Supervisor |
| Supervises a team of design engineers, drafters, and technical staff working on assigned projects. Assists with the coordination and implementation of design activities and supports the development of technical solutions. Oversees day-to-day tasks related to product construction and testing to help ensure project goals are met. Escalates significant design or project issues to management. Tracks team progress and reports on performance against project timelines and goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
