| Requirements and Responsibilities For Project Management Senior Supervisor |
| Supervises project management support staff and project coordination activities to ensure efficient execution of internal projects and adherence to organizational standards. Oversees project scheduling, documentation management, reporting processes, and resource coordination activities across multiple initiatives. Reviews project timelines, workload distribution, and operational priorities to support the timely completion of project deliverables. Develops procedures and workflow improvements to enhance project tracking, communication, and administrative efficiency. Coordinates with project managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain alignment with project objectives. Supports staff development, training, and performance management activities within the project management support function. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require Project Management Certification. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. |
