| Requirements and Responsibilities For SVP of Insurance Product Development |

Oversees the collaboration with teams across the organization to launch products, create supporting documentation, and ensure successful delivery. Stays current on applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Establishes/implements overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Typically requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
