| Develops the vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies used to innovate new products and services, introduce novel or disruptive ideas, improve existing processes, and create a culture of innovation within the company. Articulates an innovation strategy and defines objectives and measures aligned with overall company goals that add value to stakeholders.
