| Requirements and Responsibilities For Shopper Marketing Senior Manager |
| Manages the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at engaging consumers and encouraging sales across retail channels. Performs research on consumer behavior, brand preference, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities to increase product visibility and market share. Utilizes data-driven insights to inform the design of packaging, in-store displays, and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and enhance brand loyalty. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
