Requirements and Responsibilities For Student Activities Officer
Assists in the development, organization, and oversight of the university/college's extra-curricular programs. Sets up social events and has a participatory role in the Greek system, the student government, and student run clubs. Approves funding for various student activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
