| Requirements and Responsibilities For Top Cash Management Executive |
| Minimizes financial, reputational and regulatory risk to the firm and maximizes the utilization of organization funds. Responsible for determining cash requirements and maintaining cash flows, including banking accounts, long-and short-term debt and investment management. Typically manages the organization's bank accounts, including the oversight of staff responsible for account reconciliation, transfer of funds, or purchase or sale of foreign currencies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head. |
