| Directs the overall sales function of the division including inside sales, outside sales and customer services. Develops the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the division. Adopts strategies to ensure maximum sales volume of a division's products and/or services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an Executive.
