| Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of Demand Planning |
| Provides strategic oversight, guidance, and executive leadership for an organization's demand planning and forecasting functions. Defines the long-term demand planning vision and integrates forecasting capabilities into corporate strategy. Partners with executive leadership to balance demand, supply, and financial objectives. Identifies and evaluates demand risks and opportunities to guide capital investment and capacity decisions. Leads and develops senior demand planning leaders to promote accountability and planning excellence. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.
