| Requirements and Responsibilities For Wire Transfer Specialist |
| Processes the electronic transfer of funds for customers. Prepares and processes all documents required for each transaction. Reviews payment instructions to verify beneficiary details, accuracy, and authenticity of client approval to prevent unauthorized transfers. Inputs transactions into applicable systems, maintains records of transfer procedures, and reconciles all accounts. Documents and resolves any customer issues. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
