| Requirements and Responsibilities For Advanced Manufacturing Engineer IV |
| Utilizes advanced or innovative technologies to optimize and improve manufacturing processes for a production facility. Utilizes CAD software and other design and modeling tools to design and develop manufacturing parts or components and communicate specifications to stakeholders. Researches and evaluates new materials, equipment, or technologies to facilitate complex manufacturing designs and specifications. Analyzes production operations and implements new technologies such as robotics or automation to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency. Creates and maintains standard documentation for manufacturing products and processes to ensure procedures are well-documented and accessible for future needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
