| Requirements and Responsibilities For Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior Manager |
| Manages the utilization of advanced or innovative technologies to optimize and improve manufacturing processes for a production facility. Leads the adoption and implementation of new technologies such as robotics or automation to reduce costs, improve overall efficiency, and expand manufacturing capabilities. Plans and oversees technical feasibility testing to validate solutions and ensure consistent, high-quality results. Implements policies and procedures to guide workflow, define quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry or safety regulations. Collaborates with vendors to coordinate materials, timelines, and schedules to support product design and project deadlines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
