| Requirements and Responsibilities For Banking Operations Analyst II |
| Responsible for monitoring the daily financial operations of a bank. Analyzes the execution of financial transactions to mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve process efficiency. Ensures daily proof, reconciliation, and posting entries are complete and accurate. Resolves customer issues, prepares correspondence, completes forms, and balances general ledger accounts. Conducts quality audits to verify compliance with operational policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
