| Provides administrative support to the banking operations group. Enters, compiles, and validates data. Ensures daily proof, reconciliation, and posting entries are complete and accurate. Assists with resolving customer issues, preparing correspondence, completing forms, and balancing general ledger accounts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
