| Requirements and Responsibilities For Business Banking Development Officer I |
| Markets and sells a bank's products and services to prospective clients in the business community. Identifies and pursues new business clients, evaluates needs, and recommends the appropriate product, service, or solution. Drives growth in the business banking portfolio through new client acquisition and product expansion. Partners with internal product specialists and relationship managers to deliver integrated financial solutions and drive customer retention. Responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining sales pipelines, and expanding referral activities to support client acquisition efforts. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed.
