Requirements and Responsibilities For Contact Center Representative IV - Outbound
Initiates calls to current and potential customers to sell and upsell products and services. Uses standard scripts and procedures to promote products and services. Processes orders and documents customer requests, interactions, outcomes, and feedback in the system. May make follow up calls to confirm details of orders or provide additional information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience.
