| Requirements and Responsibilities For Land Administration Manager |
| Manages the team responsible for managing and administering various aspects of land ownership. Monitors and oversees the preparation and maintenance of records, rights, and transactions tied to land. Responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining all land documentation and lease records. Ensures all information is accurate and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Stays current on land administration regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require AAPL's Registered Professional Landman or the NALTA land administration certification. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
