| Requirements and Responsibilities For Land Administration Senior Manager |
| Leads and manages the team responsible for administering various aspects of land ownership. Oversees the preparation and maintenance of all land documentation, land maps, and lease records. Confirms all information is accurate and ensures proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Stays current on land administration regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require AAPL's Registered Professional Landman or the NALTA land administration certification. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
