| Requirements and Responsibilities For Merchant Services Customer Representative I |
| Responsible for providing merchant bank card services to existing and new clients. Acts as main point of contact for all merchant inquiries. Responds to questions, researches and troubleshoots issues, and ensures customer satisfaction. Assists with the set-up and maintenance of services and processing systems. Identifies upsell opportunities and communicates new service offerings or changes to the clients. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
