| Requirements and Responsibilities For Personal Banking Representative, Sr. |
| Responsible for providing in-branch services to customers. Identifies customer needs and uses current knowledge of bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. Provides solutions to account issues, answers customer inquiries, and provides education and training on banking self-service technology. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
