| Requirements and Responsibilities For Product Regulatory Analyst I |
| Ensures that existing and new products comply with applicable regulations. Prepares required filings for approvals, notifications, and testing data reporting with government or agency officials. Tracks filings and audits for correctness and quality to meet all content, format, and timing requirements. Monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Reviews and analyzes regulatory changes and coordinates with R&D, marketing, and product teams to support compliance actions. Liaises with industry organizations and regulatory agencies. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience. |
