| Requirements and Responsibilities For Product Regulatory Analyst II |
| Ensures that existing and new products comply with applicable regulations. Prepares required filings for approvals, notifications, and testing data reporting with government or agency officials. Tracks filings and audits for correctness and quality to meet all content, format, and timing requirements. Monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Reviews and analyzes regulatory changes and coordinates with R&D, marketing, and product teams to support compliance actions. Liaises with industry organizations and regulatory agencies. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4 -7 years of related experience. |
