| Supports quality management initiatives to ensure high standards of care, member satisfaction, and provider engagement. Monitors and evaluates clinical and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Works with internal teams and providers to resolve service issues and complaints. Ensures compliance with regulations and promotes best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
