Requirements and Responsibilities For Technical Communicator
Manages dealer and manufacturer technical problems in an expedient and cost effective manner for the customer. Provides employees with technical information beyond their ability to readily locate. Serves as a liaison between the manufacturer and employee on technical problems encountered by the dealership. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
