Requirements and Responsibilities For Trader (Options) |
Responsible for the timely buying and selling of stock options. Reviews orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. May provide input or develop financial models to mitigate risk and ensure profits. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area, and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. |
