Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of HR Service Center |
Leads and oversees HR service center operations. Defines objectives and key performance indicators to evaluate, measure, and improve HR service center operations. Develops streamlined HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and enrollment, to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely service delivery. Monitors service levels and performance and allocates resources to improve performance metrics. Ensures service center activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Develops and promotes the use of HRIS or ticketing systems to track and monitor service performance. Collaborates with HR business partners, payroll, IT, and other departments to troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment between functions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
