| Requirements and Responsibilities For HR Service Center Senior Manager |
| Manages HR service center operations. Implements policies and procedures for service center representatives that respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit programs, pay, and human resources policies. Monitors daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and timely responses. Ensures that the service center is adequately staffed and maintains performance standards while operating within budget. Recommends technologies and tools for automation or employee self-service to improve efficiency and streamline operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
