| Requirements and Responsibilities For Broker Relations Representative III |
| Supports and maintains relationships with external insurance brokers and agencies to promote the organization's products, drive sales performance, and ensure broker satisfaction. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving service-related issues. Educates brokers on product features, underwriting guidelines, pricing, and submission processes to support effective quoting and placement. Monitors broker production activity, identifies performance trends, and recommends actions to grow business metrics. Coordinates with internal departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to facilitate broker requests and ensure timely service delivery. Maintains accurate records of broker interactions, activities, and performance metrics in CRM and reporting systems. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience. |
