| Requirements and Responsibilities For Insurance Sales Compensation Analyst |
| Analyzes insurance sales compensation data and programs to support accurate commission payments, incentive reporting, and sales performance evaluation. Develops compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical models to monitor commission trends, sales productivity, and plan effectiveness. Reviews commission calculations, validates payment accuracy, and investigates discrepancies related to incentive compensation programs. Collaborates with sales leadership, finance, payroll, and operations teams to support compensation plan administration and process improvements. Evaluates compensation data and market practices to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program optimization. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
