Requirements and Responsibilities For Power Trader III
Responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of energy. Monitors energy supply levels, reports surpluses or shortages, and conducts market analysis to identify fluctuations in cost and availability of power sources. Manages risk through hedging strategies and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires a solid understanding of energy trading markets and trading practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
