| Requirements and Responsibilities For Sales Representative I - Licensed |
| Conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Maintains detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires passing the FINRA SIE, either the Series 7 or Series 6 as well as the Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examinations, and obtaining the applicable state-level license to sell securities. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
