| Requirements and Responsibilities For Small Business Relationship Banker II |
| Responsible for developing and managing banking relationships with small business customers. Focuses on acquiring new business, selling financial products and services, and growing the portfolio. Engages with existing customers to understand their financial needs and recommends products and services that benefit small businesses. Serves as the main point of contact for the customer, researches and resolves customer issues, and provides product information. Monitors and maintains assigned portfolio to ensure appropriate risk profile. Follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
