| Requirements and Responsibilities For Business Banking Relationship Manager II |
| Manages and grows assigned business banking relationships by delivering financial solutions and ongoing client support. Maintains primary responsibility for a portfolio of business clients and serves as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops a deep understanding of client financial needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Coordinates credit requests, renewals, and servicing activities with credit, operations, and risk teams. Expands existing relationships through cross-selling of deposits, lending, and cash management solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
