| Requirements and Responsibilities For Business Banking Relationship Manager I |
| Manages and grows assigned business banking relationships by delivering financial solutions and ongoing client support. Maintains primary responsibility for a portfolio of business clients and serves as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops a deep understanding of client financial needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Coordinates credit requests, renewals, and servicing activities with credit, operations, and risk teams. Expands existing relationships through cross-selling of deposits, lending, and cash management solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
